• Email address — when you subscribe to deal alerts or complete a purchase.
• Name — optionally collected during checkout for certificate delivery.
• Mailing address — only for deals with physical certificate delivery.

Information collected automatically:

• IP address and browser information — collected by our servers and third-party analytics services for security and analytics purposes.

• Usage data — pages visited, deal views, clicks, and other interactions with the Platform.

Information we do not collect:

• We do not collect or store your full credit card number, CVV, or payment account credentials. All payment processing is handled directly by Stripe.

• Process and fulfill your certificate purchases and deliver certificates via email.
• Send deal alert emails if you have subscribed (you may unsubscribe at any time).
• Respond to customer service inquiries and support requests.

• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Information Sharing

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers: We share data with trusted vendors who help us operate the Platform, including Stripe (payment processing), DigitalOcean (hosting), and email delivery services. These vendors are contractually bound to protect your data.
• Media partners: The partner media company operating this storefront may receive aggregated order data for fulfillment and reporting purposes.
• Participating businesses: When you redeem a certificate, the business may see that the certificate has been redeemed but does not receive your personal contact information unless you choose to share it directly.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

5. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. When you complete a purchase, you are subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy. We receive confirmation of successful payment and limited order metadata from Stripe but do not receive or store your full card details.

6. Analytics and Tracking

Depending on which partner storefront you are visiting, the Platform may use one or more of the following analytics services, as configured by the partner:

• Google Analytics 4 — collects anonymized usage data to help understand how visitors interact with the site. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Tag Manager — used to deploy analytics and marketing tags.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — used to measure ad performance and, if enabled by the partner, to build advertising audiences. See Meta's Privacy Policy.

These services may set cookies or collect device identifiers. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through aboutads.info or your browser's privacy settings.

7. Email Communications

If you subscribe to deal alerts, we will email you when new deals become available on this storefront. Each email includes an unsubscribe link. You may also opt out by contacting us at [email protected].

Transactional emails (order confirmations, certificate delivery) are always sent and cannot be opted out of while you have an active order.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:

• Order records and certificates are retained for at least 3 years for tax and auditing purposes.
• Deal alert subscriber records are retained until you unsubscribe.
• Analytics data is retained per each analytics provider's standard retention period.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

• Essential cookies: Required for the Platform to function, including session management and security.
• Analytics cookies: Help us understand how the Platform is used (see Section 6).
• Preference cookies: Remember your settings, such as sidebar state in the admin panel.
